About Us

Lausten Lehrmann was founded over 20 years ago with a singular vision: to provide unparalleled consultancy services in the high-end property development sector. What began as a small London-based firm has evolved into a distinguished name, trusted by clients across all 48 English counties. Our unwavering commitment to quality and innovation has seen us grow while maintaining the personalised touch that defines our approach.

Born and raised in Denmark, Tue holds a degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management. He moved to London in 2004 to establish his own surveying and construction firm, bringing a strong foundation of Scandinavian precision, design, and efficiency to the British capital.

Tue operates the business alongside his partner, Conrad Clews, a highly experienced British construction manager who directs on-site operations and contractor teams. Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, Conrad brings more than 40 years of robust industry experience.

After starting his career as a builder, Conrad successfully launched his own company at the age of 21, developing nursing homes, supported living facilities, and residential flats. He later expanded his portfolio internationally with developments in South Africa before returning to the UK.

On a personal note, Tue has been married to his wife, Yaourou Konaté Lehrmann since 2014 and is an avid guitar collector. Meanwhile, his business partner, Conrad is a passionate supporter of his local football team and travels frequently.

What began as a small, specialized London firm has evolved into a distinguished, trusted name with a footprint that spans all 48 English counties.
